Description: View more at MathAndScience.com. In this lesson, you will learn what a frequency table is and how to construct a frequency table from raw data. We build a frequency table by tabulating how many times a specific data point occurs in the data and recording that number (frequency) in the table. The cumulative frequency is the running total of the frequencies recorded. The relative frequency tells us how often a specific data point occurs in the data set, as a percentage.
